At Garey Qatar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
